In other words, if you dragged the process out to its logical conclusion you could be there as long as 60 days after the foreclosure, though you generally don't want to wait for the unlawful detainer since that goes on your credit record whether you win or lose and you'll be homeless after that because nobody will rent to you.<BR/><BR/>I wonder, why is it that you Back East types allow these kinds of things?
