Huge Storms hit here by Lake Erie last night, Temperatures went from 54 ( yeah it went UP first), then within 3 hours, the temp dropped to 10 degrees and winds were 50-70 MPH. Our house shook all night, and we lost Power Again....just got power and heat. Sat up and by candles talked with 6-6, from politics to crappy movies to 80's Music to Life Matters. Funny thing, I always end up being grateful for these nights....they remind me of What Matters.
Jeez! This has not been the best winter for heat. Just after you got your furnace replaced! Doh! 50 70 mph winds--- Auntie Em, Auntie Em! (Wizard of Oz reference).

ReplyDeleteit was something..the whole damn house shook...and tree outside bending over....and Another Power Outage- 2nd one this month...
and 10 degrees- candles can only keep one soooo warm...
Believe me- I did indeed worry that it was indeed Aunti Em weather- and I aint using the Cold as Ice Cooler Dorothy Basment unless absolutely necessary....
who knew the Great Lakes were soooo Interesting ????
