NYT calls for Impeachment of the Torture Memo's Author: Judge Jay Bybee, WHY is he still working as a Judge in light of these Memos??

Read this article....it presents how torture did shape the last administration....and what should happen...and why Bybee is still a Judge ??? is beyond me......
