I still think Speculation was and is driving the price we pay at the pump, and that regulation would change this whole picture. Now the MSM is claiming it is because 800,000 less barrels a day were used. ( So because people conserved they were punished with higher prices while using less, that makes NO sense). I also have not seen prices dropping drasticaly at the pump, How about you ?What are you paying?
((( Oh and in case anyone is paying attention...is there ANY Oil or Pipelines in Georgia...ahh...yeah...)
