My Favorite Inspiring Photos of the Weekend....and some video too...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I saw these photos...and both made me smile....the Expectant happy little dog with his Lei, nervous meeting his new family....and Michelle in the garden...with dirt on her shoes and her pants....in sneakers just like all moms....she is so Real....and then below, the CNN Egg Roll Footage ....I loved watching the Obamas together for this event and also watching Obama help this little tiny girl finish the Egg Roll....so sweet that he went and helped the little one struggling at the rear...
( Also from the round up of the reports of the event- there was mininmal footage on the News- must be we are not supposed to see Family Events by our MSM ? Obama and Michelle and the girls read Books , from "Give a Mouse a Cookie" to "Where the Wild Things Are" ...and there were many events for all of the kids and families from Basketball to Soccer to yoga , the event was the largest ever for families , 30,000 came. ( The Easter Event is the largest Event at the Whitehouse that is made available to the public, this was the first ever white house event in which gay and lesbian families were invited to participate.It also was the first event that people did not have to wait in long lines for tickets, all of the process was done online).

Happy pictures!
The fact that Michelle is digging her new garden is cool, must be good therapy from adjusting to the pressure cooker life of being first lady.... every move & thing is scrutinized.
That Bo pup is sooooo cute. He will grow up to be a pretty big dog too.
Wonder if he'll wind up writing a book down the road???
good for Michelle for doing what she needs to do....
and staying herself...( and yeah- talk about magniying glass...)
Bo is sooooo cute...I am sure there is a book in his future...look at that face unscrutable....( you had the best photos..)
jan::::
we needed some nice photos...yeah...
That dog is adorable and he's going to be ready for state dinners as soon as he finished basic obedience. He's already dressed formally.
Great pictures. I love Bo. Some friends have Portuguese water dogs, and they are sweethearts.
