Bank Execs Had a Great Year....gee, how did that happen? and they still "needed" a Bailout for those Bonuses ?

Years ago, I had a job at a small business where we usually received Christmas bonuses. Everybody I worked with understood that the amount of the bonus was directly linked to how good or bad business had been for the year. If business was really bad, nobody got a bonus.
How come us non-millionaires understand this simple fact when these yahoos don't??
well because we are mere mortals with a conscience and the fuckheads at the helm are soul-less....
