FREE BURMA DAY OCTOBER 4TH,2007
(Both Blue Gal and Betmo have More on this). Click the Title above to learn more about FREE BURMA day: October4th, 2007. ( I could not get the Banner to work with Blogger for some odd reason, but hopefully the link will work, if not google FREE BURMA). The news in Thai papers is not good and we need to somehow get the Media to cover this Brutality, even if we are THAT Media. Please look at this picture and you and I Know now that many of these Brave Monks are now dead...that is Beyond Reason,Beyond Humanity. But I still have to believe for the sake of their Courage that there can be Freedom again in this beautiful Country Know this, that many of the monks were also Teachers, they died for their students and Young of their Country. Learn More, and read Asian and Thai online papers for the Truth, and Spread That Truth. And October 4th Blog for Burma. namaste.

Thanks for participating. I knew you wouldn't fail to be here. It takes everyone's participation however small to effect change.

FREE Burma!!!
Bush slammed the UN and the rulers of Myanmar in his UN speech last week.
The UN must do something, but they never use military force to fight.
That is a huge problem.
Illegal drug fortunes are a BIG part of this.
absurd thought -
God of the Universe wants
complete narco states
criminals in power
loving the corrupt drug war
absurd thought -
God of the Universe says
shoot peaceful protesters
calling for democracy
which you must never allow

.
thank both of you for caring about Burma...
I think Americans better free themselves from their fascist Bushist government first, before beating Burmese drums!
If freedom is so good, why is Bush still in power?
Naj: I am so sorry about Bush, you know that , I have worked , along with others to fight the evil Bush regime..., and I am well aware of how fascist Bush and his cronies are...please do not pick a fight with me about this , on this post- I have been getting Hate mail and death threats all week for posting about the plight of the monks...if you read my post above I am trying to write to the Religous Leaders and the UN ( for what that is worth) to help the People of Burma. I am Buddhist, I have a deep abiding respect for the Monks, and I honor them and what they were trying to do, and now that many are dead their mission seems even sadder, I actually think that we indeed may draw Courage and inspiration from them....Please do read my post on the 4th and the updates in the Comments as well..it is very sad, you would have to agree....
I have not abandoned phoning and emailing about Iran for that matter...I am doing what I can..and I have to say- finally the blogs, media an onlune papers are finally covering the Iran issue somewhat better...
I have no idea why Bush is in power, he stole BOTH elections we all know that, and I have not a clue why he has not been indicted- or any of his regime....
Again , I have to say I have been through hell this past week, if we could not argue- that would be good, you know me well enough to know that I am not the enemy here, and that I have deep concerns about the govt here....email me and we can talk further enigma4ever@earthlink.net,
namaste...
Oh my dear, of course I was not even imagining to pick an argument with you! :)
nonono never!
I was just tryig to be devil's advocate.
You know that I am upset that Americans are NOT rebelling against this Bush.
I mean a group of monks, risk their lives, abandon their peaceful lives and get out to act and "we" don't!
"I" am American too, you know? So what I say never precludes me.
An e-hug.
Now I read the rest of your response :)
Oh I need to apologize for how confrontational my comment came out. I really didn't intend it that way. Please don't take it personal. I am often reckless with people that I consider friends and become self-critical!
I TOTALLY agree with you that we need to take courage from the monks and definitely model them.
Oh it is okay, I re-read it and I now see that you were trying to point out the truth...I get it...I think I am just tired and probally nerves are a bit frayed..so sorry..I know that we are friends and on the same side of this issue.....I have NO idea at this point how we get rid of Bush...send him pretsels?
thousands of blogs participated in 46 countries..sadly there is no internet in Burma today...and we can only hope they know that we are trying to do what we can.
Thailand Gal's blog has great links to Thai papers...
and BBC has the best updates so far...
that is all I have for now..more updates on Sunday.
