Barack Obama did Amazing last night , he WON 13 States. ( And it will be 14 if New Mexico is counted). MSNBC "perdicted" many elections way too early and they tend to "call" them based on the Exit Polls, instead of the Actual Numbers and Counts. Barack Obama in Some Amazing States that No One would have ever perdicted a month ago.
We have Many States and days to Go in this Battle to Save Our Country.
Do not lost Hope or Heart......

((( Amazing Video in Link, just Click it. Please do go to Thread below if you have Voting Story to share and also I have been tallying results in the Comments last night in the Voting Post below )))

Of course Hillary and the media lapdogs are claiming Hillary stole the show.

well...stolen is an interesting word...

I don't know for sure what happened in California..
he did score more than 42% in NY and Mass, and that is amazing- because a month ago she had double digit lead in those states...

He actually won 14 states, and it has hardly been mentioned on TV..people called in cspan this am- and yelled at them- for not supporting the Truth- that Obama is amazing and he hardly gets mentioned- the one caller said he was getting the Edwards treatment...

it was pretty noticeable last night on CNN when they would "call" a state for Hillary with only a small % of votes counted & less than a 10-pt spread. But there would be a big check mark next to Clinton right away.

Not so for Obama. They waited & waited until 50-70% of votes were counted before they would put the check mark by his name. It was most noticeable in Kansas.

Funny a caller should say Obama is getting the Edwards treatment. I've been saying Edwards got the Kucinich treatment.

Great news, Enigma!

With New Mexico finally counted and going to Barack Obama, the delegate count has been adjusted and Obama now has the most delegates following Super Tuesday.

Delegate totals:

Barack Obama: 838

Hillary Clinton: 834

Thanks Christopher...wow...wonderful news- we all know what reallly happened..and He is moving this Country...and there is very Much a Movement.

The MSM is saying "wow she really got the old white women vote [their words not mine- I saw analysts on MSNBC and CNN at Noon and 1pm BOTH say that ?]

and then they went on to say-
" She really has captured the Latino, Hispanic Vote- espeically the Older Vote"
OKAY I have to say- that also means that the YOUNG Hispanics and latinos DID NOT vote for her- also Hillary does NOT speak Spanish - so the Pundit said" She really has a Good Messege for them".....
NO this is all about NAME recognition- they know that name on the Balllot-
but Since she does not speak Spanish- there is NO MESSEGE....

Obama has a Real movement going on and the Nuimbers show it and the MONEY shows it....
and the States Showed it....
I Mean UTAH???? Idaho??? Alaska ?

That is a Movement...

Enigma,

The Borg Queen's base is older women with a high school education and less, and hispanics.

Obama's base is college educated, middle and upper middleclass, white men and women, especially those men and women under 40, independents, African Americans and yes, Republicans.

This is what's unique about the "O" man. He is building a coalition of support that the Borg Queen can't imagine.

Now, onto Louisiana Saturday and then next Tuesday, Maryland, DC and Virginia.

You are right....I know you are...I think it just blows me away...I did phonebanking and calling for him- I ran into very few Hill supporters...

( I seriously think if that is ALL she has as BIG support- that does not really say much about her....or her campaign-seeking a nonEnglish Vote?)

She also had to Borrow Money from herself this am- 5million

There were indeed BIG Problems in California, there are 800,000 ballots For Independents that we don't know if it was counted properly- and up the Norhtern Counties they ran out of Ballots- they told people to bring their sample ballots...

BUT 800,000 in LA area alone- is a HUGE issue..
( Barack lost by about 700,000, and Hill's final was still less than 2 mill- something is wrong MSNBC is reporting it too- I have been encouraging ANY Cali Voters with trouble to go to Barack's Campaign Site- there is NationaL Voter Center LINK that they can report PROBLEMS- any and all....and ALSO DO report to the MEdia- LATIMES and Mercury News is taking reports of problems...

Enigma,

The stunning revelation that the Borg Queen has had to dump $5 million of her own ca$h into her campaign suggest:

1. donors are increasingly unhappy with her candidacy

2. donors no longer see her as the Democratic front runner

Especially, as donors get to know Barack Obama, like his message and, see him as electable.

Obama is doing as well as I said he would and he is still just getting legs. Hillary is getting desperate dropping her own money. Gee it wasn't long ago since her and Bill were broke. It is very important that Obama and Hillary unite to combat McCain or we will have him as a President.
The relentless Liberal did a good story on that today. It is important I will get it and be right basck!

Democratic Party Unity
By Jerome Grossman

In an interview with ABC Good Morning America on February 4, Michelle Obama, the wife of Barack Obama, was asked if she would work to support Hillary Rodham Clinton if she won the Democratic nomination for president. She replied," I have to think about that."

Wow! Get ready to attend the inauguration of President John McCain.

Without party unity after the primary voters have marked their ballots, after the delegates have made their choice at the convention, the Democrats will not have a chance in the November general election. Both Clinton and Obama have made mistakes and antagonized their opposition in a variety of ways. They will do so again repeatedly in the heat of political battle. But in my book, they are both superior politicians with strong intellects and sensitive consciences capable of handling the management of the nation.

I have not endorsed either candidate because the policies they offer the American people are not liberal enough for me, do not seriously address the need for change on foreign and military policy, taxation, labor rights and social welfare, to name only a few. However, either candidate will be a vast improvement over the disastrous and elite policies of the Republican Party in general and George W. Bush and John McCain in particular.

I will vote for the nominee of the Democratic Party, Clinton or Obama, disappointed that neither are New Dealers, but determined to push them in that direction. As a relentless liberal in a centrist period of U.S. history, that is the best I can do.

I just switched to CNN from MSNBC and the C.linton N.ews N.etwork, led by Wolf "Mr. AIPAC" Blitzer, still can't wrap his tiny mouth around the words, "Obama leads in delegates."

Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Enigma...

My state is a closed Primary State. I cannot vote a Democratic Ballot in the Primary because of this.

Come November I can vote in the General though. Also I can not vote for any of the local elections candidates, but only the district I live in. In other words I can not vote for any of the city nominees even though I live in the city.

There are thirteen districts here that fall under this. So no vote for those who determine our taxes and other city offices up for grabs.

I hope that answers your question.

Take care and ...

God Bless you.

Hey, Enigma, I've been following the election closely and can't believe how complex the whole thing is. Neither can most Americans, I guess!

Cheers.

P.S. I'm closing down Seeking Utopia and opening up a new blog. Details are on the old Seeking site for the next week or so.

McCain only won GOP primaries in blue states. That means he's in trouble.
