Thanks for posting on this. This is such a travesty that I am having trouble just grasping the enormity of it. From what I can gather we are not seeing the true story and the death and torture of protesters and monks is far greater than is being depicted in the media. I am not looking forward to the truth if it ever makes it out.

I just don't know what to say about it. I saw a blip on the news and my stomach turned over. And in my snarkiness and crankiness of the early AM, I thought to myself, "Too bad our country is so damned busy trying to make itself wealthy - Burma, Darfur, these are pars of the world that really do need help."

Prayers, positive thoughts. I have little hope that our Representatives ("rep" used loosely) will do anything about it, as they have sided time and time again with war mongers and support restrictions of freedoms.

Damn.

ANOK: I am so sorry, I too have no idea what to do about this, and I also don't know what will happen there...but it does sadden me that the MEdia would rather cover Brittany than Burma.....but thank you for atleast sending thoughts and energy to it...

FALLENMONK: thank you, I too think that at some point if the truth does come out it won't be pretty.

Great to see you still in there punching, Enigma. It's a tough world we live in and we who would make it better attract ugly folk who don't want any change because they are reaping a sick harvest.

Blogging toughens you up. Sadly, it also makes every blogger a little more cynical each day.

Love your Buddha quotes. Cheers.
