Gas is up again...way up....98 Dollars on the Asian Market this am...Amazing the Way it Keeps Sliding up....how can that NOT be gouging? And the place it hurts the most is Food...but no one is talking about it..
Gas prices are up again as well, 3.29 here by Lake Erie...
Does anyone else remember that the night before the Iraq War Oil March of 2003 was 28 Dollars a Barrel ????
So What are you "paying" ?

$3.17 in Oregon ~ heard on the news to expect it to reach $4 bucks per gallon in the near future.
In terms of "lives per gallon"- we have paid much too much.
here in town? 3.99 a gallon, for regular. support the troops!
annie: you are California...so that makes sense...
Fran: you are so right...to much has been spent in lives and more...although at this rate I would glady pay 6 dollars an hour to have them HOME all of them.....
It was $3.16 for mid-grade last time I filled up 11/5. I believe when the PPB goes up, the oil co's are not gouging, they are making enormous windfall profits. True, their raw cost has increased, but their fixed OH remains the same, so even with the same % GPM, they have a tremdously increased bottom line. At the same time, their taxes have decreased to the point of negligibility. Hey, who wouldn't want to be an oilman right now?
$3.19 for regular.
$2.59 two weeks ago.
And the ME is coming apart at the seams.
even biodiesel went up - and damn it's soybeans! it's at 3.29 the last i filled up which was a month ago - i'll let you know what i pay for it today as i need to fill up again...
hope this helps you:
