The Boss Revs the Rally in Philly.....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you go over to Huffpost there is more, about how he is surging ahead in some key states, and some surprising ones as well...I linked this article from the Guardian about Florida because Obama state surges are even being covered in foreign papers as well.....Which shows how closely this Election is being watch around the world, and also that they too were skeptical of some of the Polls here. ( McCain pulled out of Michigan this week.....without telling Palin, and he no longer has solid leads in Ohio or PA...so the Map is shaking...) You can read more about the MASSIVE Rally for Obama in Philly with The Boss... 20-40,000.Forget the MSM showing this... it will definitely warm your heart . And if you want to study the Maps More NYT breaks it down nicely...
The Boss Talking to the Crowds and Singing The Rising...He gives a beautiful speech...really wonderful..Tells it Like it is...if the version below with the song "The Rising" is too dark for you...try this. If you want to read Bruce's Speech the whole thing is here...
I will be updating the State Surges here later today...
2PM TPM Election Central:
Obama Over 50% In The Poll Of Tracking Polls
By Eric Kleefeld - October 4, 2008, 10:38PM
Here's a wrap-up of the four major national tracking polls for today. With one new day of post-VP debate data within these three-day tracking polls, Barack Obama's lead is just getting wider:
• Gallup: Obama 50%, McCain 42%, with a ±2% margin of error, compared to a 49%-42% Obama lead yesterday.
• Rasmussen: Obama 51%, McCain 45%, with a ±2% margin of error, compared to a 51%-44% Obama lead yesterday.
• Hotline/Diageo: Obama 48%, McCain 41%, with a ±3.2% margin of error, compared to a 48%-42% Obama lead yesterday.
• Research 2000: Obama 52, McCain 40%, with a ±3% margin of error, compared to a 51%-40% Obama lead yesterday.
Adding these polls together and weighting them by sample sizes, Obama is ahead 50.4%-42.7%, even wider than his lead yesterday of 49.9%-42.5%. And more importantly, Obama is now over the 50% mark.
