Hopefully this will start turning around soon.. with the money starting to flow it should. Of course with douche sanford in SC, nothing is going to help, so those poor people are just going to be hurting.. unless or until the legislators overturn his ruling. I can't believe he is being such an asswipe..but all he is thinking about is himself..not the people of the state.
I think a practical proposal to put people back to work would be a massive public transportation expansion project. It would be sort of like New Deal public works for our commuter and subway rail systems.
