Well, this is GOOD news...considering the CIA Tapes were destroyed earlier this year , maybe this will be needed.....I personally think they should be called the Bush-Cheney Torture memo's.....I do wonder if Bush and Cheney will both try to Blame the Other....( or they might try to blame Yoo ?...Rummy ?...or Campbone ? or others...)
