I started to put this up with the tent city post, then decided to keep it seperate.. but this is part of the same. They are a part of the homeless. It is so sad to see this.
It is heartbreaking so so sad...
I was so glad that Chris went back and followed up on that family....and that he is going round the country and checking on people...bless him for doing that...
