THE KING'S LISTENING TOUR

So the King is susposedly on a" Listening Tour". I have no idea what that means, I picture him hiding in some back room listening to his iPod. So WHO is he "listening to"? More of his father's friends ? More Pentagon armchair Stratego players ? What and WHO? That is what I want to know. Now that his Numbers have hit a new Alltime Stink level ( 71% AGAINST the war, 32% approval rating of his "job" ), This I do know he should be listening to The PEOPLE.....

AND Fucking King that he is, he has said that he won't make any decisions about Iraq until after the New Year.
( Of course we also know Laura is still reading him the Iraq Report at bedtime with his cookies and Bourbon...)

So here is the Question if he came to your Town and held a Town Meeting ( no not the Contrived Propaganda Crap Meeting he usually holds- but a real In his face tell him like it is Meeting).

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE HIM TO KNOW ?
WHAT WOULD YOU TELL HIM ?

Okay Future....
I guess you have some pretty strong feelings...and I guess you have a messege...Of Course if someone were to end the President that would leave us with the Penguin....DICK...and I am pretty sure that might indeed be worse....Don't you think ?

Is there anything you wanted to say ? that was kinda my question....although I guess I hear you.... ( I am a buddhist so violence as a solution is not really where I was hoping this discussion was going to go).

Guess you have kind of had it ?

I guess the King is not loved much at this point ( his ratings are lower than Nixon... Nixon's numbers when he resigned...)

Jeez, where to start? I sympathize with Future because at this point, there really is NO point in trying to talk to him. If he won't even listen to his cronies, his love puppets & puppeteers, why would he listen to us peons?

I might like to point out that a President is not a King, that he serves at our pleasure & cutting off all meaningful dialogue with 75% of the american people is a guarantee of future insurrection. If his eyes hadn't yet glazed over, I'd say the same thing about his lack of interaction with the rest of the world. This god he claims to speak with seems to be about world peace. Finally, I'd like to recommend he spend a few days incognito in some of the worst blighted areas of our own country & then see how he justifies diverting funds "unto the 7th generation" to pay for an obviously failed PNAC wetdream.

Oh, and PLEASE continue to take your meds, Mr Bush, because I'm desperately afraid of where we are headed if you are let loose to run free with your natural inclination to nuke'em if you got'em! ~~ D.K.

Nothing can be said, that hasn't been said years ago......"OUT!"

That the Decider, has decided to put off yet again making a decision, makes it very clear,
he is indeed the "Village Idiot" and no one can tell him anything.

He's worse than a child who doesn't know any better, who's just learning about life.

He's so embarrassing, just showing him speaking is a good way to get anyone to turn the radio/TV off!

Enough is enough.........and 2 more years of this idiocy is a crying shame for both us, and the people of Iraq
who continue to lose 100s of lives a day ; (((

I just don't know what would come out of my mouth if I came face to face with him. I would like to think I would just look him dead in the eyes and tell him what I was told so many times as a child that I have learned is a very big truth now that I have grown up:
"George, it takes a bigger man to admit a mistake than it does to ignore it. Save what's left of your credibility. Redeploy out of Iraq." His delaying tactic this morning is just more insufferable bs. I understand "the future"'s sentiment- but that's really more Neocon mindset- Killing those who dont agree with you makes everything all better. If simple murders worked, Bush would be considered a genius. Since his campaign of violence hasn't solved anything- we know better. It's better that Bush's failures be absorbed by him over a long lifetime of guilt and ostracization heaped on him by the very people who worshipped the ground he walked on. Ala Nixon. He will probably never be man enough to apologize, but deep inside, he will know what a true failure he was.

I wanna know if this really happened...Just Wondering.

And what's with LauraBot?

I want to know why? Okay. taht may be a bit of a challenge to the decider in thief so I'd like to know if he realizes that his incompetence is evident? No. Another impossible question for GW to answer. I have nothing to ask this man that he would not spin into unimaginable and unintelligent banter. He is good at that I must admit. Atleast it's something.

Oh, i met him when he was the gOV. not much to see.

I don't kow that I would really want to talk with the man. He has a closed mind. It would seem like a waste of my time. If he would really, really listen, I would ask him to set a date to bring our soldiers home. SOON NOW!

Dennis Kucinich, the former mayor of Cleveland has announced his candidacy for President again.

Maybe the time is right for a common sense populist like him to finally win the public's respect and restore US credibility with foreigners throughout the world by bringing our troops home.

Others view us as an imperialist army which has brought death and destruction to their homes. The mission of American troops throughout our history was never intended to be tools for corporate explotation of other countries. Its purpose was to have a standing militia to defend the United States from within its borders against threats to our liberty.

There's a monumental difference between coprorate fascism and democracy. The White House cronies have confused the two definitions and it's up to the American citizenry and people like Kucinich to restore our dignity.

Great post Enigma. Hope you don't mind me ranting a little ?

Peace & Happy Holidays,
Cosmic

BTW ... did anyone else besides me notice that in the picture of Bush linked to this thread, he's holding the phone upside down.

The listening end is positioned near his mouth while its opposite normally used for speaking is pressed against his ear.

I know the man is dysfunctional and perhaps dyslexic but can't he get something as simple as this right ?

Now I understand why foreign leaders mock him so much. This photo definitely doesn't project a strong leader in command of his senses.

Peace,
Cosmic

There are so many things I would tell him. They are so true, and so rude.

Feh.

Shame on him.

Sometimes seppukku is just the right response.
