Tuesday Evening....Canadian Tomatoes,Celtics, and Boston Cravings....

******************************************
"We would never learn to be brave and patient if there were only Joy in the World".....Helen Keller

Helen would have been a great Basketball Fan....Because watching the Celtics this year has been all about being patient.....So I cleaned all day..( I am trying to clean out my basement. ) I have been watching all those floods and it dawned on me that if my basement like really flooded- it would be such a disgusting mess. I walked to the store today , and they had brought in Canadian Tomatos- ON THE VINE....omg my little heart be still...So I have been sitting here having my absolute favorite dinner, Tomatoes with dill and Mayo, hardboiled eggs, and a BIG naval orange from California.....

( my apologies to California and West Coast friends....but the song below is for the Celtics...and Boston).

We've never stopped eating tomatoes in Upstate New York.

Wegmans sells them on the vine and they are splendid this time of year.

Now, oddly enough, chains like Burger King and Taco Bell say xnay on the omatotay. I guess theirs come from Mexico.

Go Celtics.

However, it is baseball season, and the Cubbies are still the best team in baseball.

Dry chips, Christopher. Pretty soon all you will get at Taco Bell is dry chips. *cry*

Gonna make my OWN nachos from now on. Also, E4E - Harry is sooooo cute. You should feature him more often!

Yesterday was yard work. (the fact that we have weeds is yet another reason I am not religious.)

Today it is time to put water seal on my deck.

We are having very nice days right now. I hope they last.
