This plan is in the New Stimulus Budget, please NOTE that there are NO Disney Rail Plans to Vegas on this map ( Jindal and the GOP Idiotheads have been foaming about this for weeks....but there is No Fantasy Rail...)
Look at this map....Look at all the areas of the Country that this would modernize....and how it would improve Infrastructure....there are so many countries and areas of the world that Rail has helped keep folks connected and also helped protect the quality of the environment.....THIS plan needs to happen....

This would be awesome... and what wasteful spending it is...lol stupid republicans.
It would be a thrilling change. And I wish that Georgia would figure out that having a strong, fast and efficient regional rail service would benefit everyone, including business.

hmmm, I guess "the empty quarter" will remain empty of high-speed trains for a long time. Guess no one ever has to go through it to get to the "other side". Oh well, we will just continue driving our Hummers until the oil runs dry. (I'm kidding of course, I realize high-speed is for high-use corridors, but you have to admit, the empty quarter is looking pretty empty).
