We used to go to the movies together, & have the teen bring a friend, let them go sit somewhere else... so we went "together" kind of sort of. I always like sitting more towards the back because they usually have the sound volume cranked up so loud, it's painful to sit closer!Anyway, maybe there is a happy medium?
L.A. Times panned it.
must be my age - i have no desire to see this
I saw it Enigma! It was very good. But very dark. And it is DEFINITELY NOT for young children. Especially if you don't want to explain to little Sally why the blue man's penis was hanging out all through the movie.
hmmmm.....thanks all...6-6 is ambilivilant about going...he is very picky about this Classic being made into a movie....so I don't think we are going after all- he read the reviews and so he wants to wait until it is on DVD...oh well...thanks gman--heavens...that was NOT in the graphic novel...!!!;-(
Don't worry about the teen angst against partying with parents. They get over it.My daughter, for my B'day, just got tickets to Jersey Boys on Broadway. She got one for me, one for her mom AND one for her.Though Frankie Valli might not have been big in her teen years, he and his mate's music had much to do with her dad and mom's raging hormones - and that may have been represented in her genes. ;-)
