We NEED to learn ALL of what was DONE in OUR Name by the Bush Administration....People were Spyed on, homes searched, and communications Listened to, and Emails etc read....and WORSE....Do support Leahy's efforts for the Truth. We need to Know. And there must be Justice....Our Constitution was Shredded...People' s Rights were violated... and the Justice System in this Country was also manipulated for a war mongering Leader...Crimes were committed and ordered by Bush, as President, he misused and abused his powers.....dangerous...very....THIS must NEVER happen AGAIN...

you can also go to www.democrats.com and sign up with them to send a petition to AG Holder for a special prosecutor to file charges against Bush & Co. I have done both...that way I get them coming and going...lol Don't want to give them an out.

the thing is right now I am not sure I want a Special Prosecutor....( normally I would...) but as someone that has been through a federal criminal investigation....( as a witness and a victim) I think that Holder might get more co-operation from his previous ties to the JD...first enough needs to "fall out" that reveals a need for a Special Prosecutor, and right now I just want a Truth Commission, the other thing we don't know is how many Bushies are still left at the JD- some major housecleaning needs to happen before anything else...
but I will go check out the Dem site that you suggested- I have never heard of it...
