Okay so the King is going to give his speech tonight. Here are some questions that the Media FORGOT to Ask, and had better start asking NOW. TONIGHT.
(1) WHY is Bush taking Orders from the Embattled New Iraqi Leader?
(2) Is Malaki Actually Experiencing a Coup in Baghdad ? WHY else is Baghdad in Chaos?
(3) If Baghdad is In Such Strife ( which Bush was denying merely a month ago ) WHY can't Bush or any of the Repug Leadership come out and call it what it is :CIVIL WAR ? Is Bush allowed by the Constitution to Sacrifice OUR troops to a Civil War ? ( The answer according to Constitutional Law is NO).
(4) The American and Brits have trained over 400,000 Iraqi troops in over 8 provinces- WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING SHIFTED
INTO POSTION ?
(5) What happened to the "Coalition of the Willing?", and HOW MANY are left Mr.Bush ? ( Can you count them on one hand?)
(6) So we have a NEW Defense Director- HOW Come we have heard NOTHING from him- not a Single Word - since he went to Iraq? How bad is it that he has now gone MUTE.If Bush is not heeding advice of Penta Brass then is he now a Dictator ?
(7) IF ONLY 10-11% of Bush's base support the troop Increase - How many will support him after tonight?
(8) If Bush is not even supported by Repubicans, WHO is left ?
(9) HOW DO WE STOP THIS MAD MAN FROM SENDING MORE GOOD MEN AND WOMEN IN HARMS WAY?
(10) IF THE "PRESIDENT" IS MISUSING THE TROOPS AND VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION TO PLUNDER OUR TREASURE IS THAT NOT AN OFFENSE THAT HE AND THE VP CAN BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE.
FOLKS IF BUSH THINKS HE CAN THROW OUR TROOPS INTO A CIVIL WAR JUST BECAUSE HE SAY SO, HAS HE NOT ALSO MADE OUR OWN COUNTRY MORE VULNERABLE ? AND IF HE IS SO ADDICTED TO THE SACRIFICE OF OUR FLESH AND MONEY HE WILL INSTITUTE A DRAFT YOU CAN BET ON IT.
THERE ARE STOP WORK STRIKES AND PROTESTS BEING PLANNED NATIONWIDE FOR TOMORROW AND ALSO JANUARY 27TH. I GOT NOTICES FROM FOUR DIFFERENT NATIONAL GROUPS TODAY. PLEASE COME BACK HERE LATER TODAY FOR NEWS ON THIS FRONT.

Watching him tonight, I noted how nervous he was at first. He certainly warmed up with the mention of Iran, though. So now it's out in the open at least. To hell with the Democrat balls or plans, I want to see some Republican ones. Can The Cheese Stand Alone??? I hope not.
On a positive note, I only had to listen to him say "nyu-kyu-luhr" twice. Small consolation, huh. ~~ D.K.

Now, re tonight's *magic* show: Remember how--at one time--we were fighting for Iraq? Tonight we learned we are fighting for just Baghdad now....but that doesn't stop Bush from flaunting his penis threateningly at Syria and Iran. He can't win a war in Iraq or Afghanistan, so let's start a third or fourth. Maybe better luck next one(s)? HAHAHAHAAA!
Today, I saw for the second time, the video of the people of Venezuela's overthrow of the US backed military coup there in 2003. Sadly, because we are a nation of Americans, not Venezuelans, it as anon-paranoid says: "We Are Fucked." Were this Venezuela, there might be hope. But hey, the people down there care enough to do something about it!

Kvatch also had a good post about the Supreme Court's refusal to hear a case on "ad-hoc" laws and our right to review them, actually see them - we are more than fucked. HOWEVER: we must not keep quiet. We must keep our voices strong, and continue to support each other.
