Here in Ohio most stores are out of the Converter Boxes and have been for weeks...an elderly neighbor asked me something really wise " IS this Conversion really about getting ALL of us old folks to go buy NEW TV's ? If not then why have the stores here been out of boxes for weeks ? " I have many families and older folks on my street that will be cut off from the world now...The Extension would have protected these that are already suffering economic hardship from suffering more.....Now they are cut off from News and Events....This is Un American....Call your reps...

The bill passed as far as I know.. it was supposed to be on the way to the Pres...
I heard a few minutes ago it still might be redone without having to get the 2/3 vote....( gee a good idea- just a simple majority...)
yeah.. passed the senate...so just the ass hats in the house...
